Victor Henao is Estée Lauder’s Director of Global Makeup Artistry and Design. He began his career in 2001 and joined the brand in 2013, quickly becoming a sought-after artist for editorial, red carpet, and product development alike. He works directly with Estée Lauder’s roster of spokesmodels, including Carolyn Murphy, Joan Smalls, Fei Fei Sun, Anok Yai, and Grace Elizabeth, along with many celebrities. His work has been featured on a variety of magazine covers and in fashion editorials for ELLE, Glamour, People, VOGUE China, VOGUE Japan, and more. He has also worked on set for numerous television shows and has produced red carpet looks for the Met Gala, the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards, and the Tony Awards. He partners closely with Estée Lauder’s Global Education, Marketing, Product Development, and Retail Experience teams, lending his on-the-job expertise to the products we create.
