How does Refer a Friend work?

Step 2. Send your friends your link.

Step 3. When your friend clicks the link, they can sign up to receive a code for $15 off their first order of $75+.

Step 4. Once your friend places their first order, we’ll send you $15 off your next $75+ purchase.

How does the program work?

After entering your email in the referral box, you will receive your unique referral link. After sharing this link with your friend through the pop-up or copying the unique link and sending elsewhere, if your friend clicks to sign up, they will be able to use their unique coupon code to receive $15 off their next purchase of $75 or more (pre-tax) on esteelauder.com. Your unique coupon code will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of your friend’s qualifying purchase. This will give you $15 off your next purchase of $75 or more.

Who can I refer to esteelauder.ca?

We want to share the love with those who have never shopped with us. Therefore, referral offers can only be used by friends who do not have an existing active or inactive Estée Lauder account. Only new customers are eligible to receive the referral offer.

How will my friend know I referred them?

After you share your referral link to your friend via email or a social platform, they will receive the link at their valid email address or directly on social.

How will I know if I get a Refer-a-Friend offer as a result of my friends’ purchases?

Once your friend uses your referral link to redeem their offer by placing an order of $75+ (pre-tax), you will receive an email from Estée Lauder notifying you that you now have a referral offer that can be used on a purchase of $75+ (pre-tax).

How long does it take to receive my Estee Lauder credit?

Your unique coupon code will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after your friend has made their order.

Where does my friend enter their referral code?

Your friend will need to click on the referral link and enter their email address. We will then send an email with their unique coupon code to enter at checkout.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?

You can refer up to 25 friends per session and a maximum of 500 times throughout the program.

I referred my friend and they made a purchase. I didn’t get my reward. Where is it?

Please confirm that your friend was eligible for a referral offer and successfully placed an order through your referral link more than 24 hours ago. Please also check all email folders, including spam or trash folders, to confirm that your referral offer was not inadvertently filed away. If you are still not able to see your reward offer, please contact our customer service team who are on hand to help.

How can I use my referral offer?

Enter your offer into the offer box at checkout. Please note that your order must be $75+ before tax in order to qualify, and referral offers cannot be combined with any other offers.

Why is my code not working?

Please note that referral offers cannot be combined with any other offers, including loyalty offers, Gift with Purchase events or limited time site offers. If you are having trouble using a referral offer without combining it with any other offer, please check to see that your referral offer has not expired, or contact our customer service team who are on hand to help.
